Return Policy

We at storm.com.sg (Worktitude Pte Ltd) are committed to providing our customers with high-quality furniture and exceptional customer service. We understand that there may be times when you need to return an item, and we have outlined our return policy below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging, and you must have a valid reason for the return. Valid reasons for return include:

  • Defective or damaged item upon receipt
  • Incorrect item received
  • Change of mind within 7 days of receipt (applies to non-customized items only)
  1. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@storm.com.sg within 7 days of receiving your item. Our team will provide you with instructions for returning the item.

Please note that for non-defective and non-damaged items, we will deduct a restocking fee from your refund amount. The restocking fee will depend on the condition of the item and the time elapsed since the item was delivered.

  1. Refunds

Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our eligibility criteria. If the item is eligible for a return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 30 days. Please note that we do not refund shipping fees unless the item was defective or damaged upon receipt.

  1. Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges for returned items. If you wish to exchange an item, you must initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

  1. Customized Items

Customized items, including items made to order or with custom specifications, are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

  1. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If the item has not yet shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If the item has already shipped, you may initiate a return once the item is received.
